From the Houseplants as Paintings series, Ficus Lyrata Bambino was one of my first I purchased myself, for my collection. Compact and slow-growing, I love the variation in color when she pushes out a new leaf.
I thought she was going to grow in to a tree - so she’s also a lesson in mitigating expectations.
